It is fundamental for us to approach the complexity of situations by sharing and pooling skills. For each project, we need to create a set of solutions that are closely interdependent and defined by new links that place man at the center of all intentions.

In a dynamic exchange and cross analysis, we aim to bring the most contextual and innovative resolutions to the project. The very constitution of our structure gives us this opportunity to work, just like the use of collaborative digital tools (big data, AI, virtual visits, BIM ...). Benefiting from an engineering gathered and extended to all areas of expertise (structure, fluids, project management, economy, envelope, design studies, infrastructure ...) allows us to go beyond the scope of our specialties and create a synergy in the service of the architectural project, always approached in a unitary way. Without prioritizing any of our specialties, we cultivate this state of mind by leading workshops designed to create links between our agencies and our experts. Our engineering takes part in the project from the preliminary design phases to the execution, focusing on the life of the work, and aims at a global analysis from the upstream phases. This scale of intervention requires a great deal of experience with implementations, materials and systems, and their most intimate behaviors.

Thus, by working according to a method based on collective intelligence, we seek to include each of our projects in the framework of the five major transitions that characterize the sustainable city: humanistic, environmental, energy, digital and economic. Very open and conducive to the emergence of new ideas, this approach allows us to address different degrees of innovation: technical, constructive, methodological, but also social. Indeed, we consider any invention first with regard to uses, desires and the added value it represents for man in his daily life and his practice of space. In this, we are attached to a frugal engineering: go as far as possible with the greatest efficiency and a minimum of means trying to extract the simple complex.
